Voters' Guide to the Consolidated Election of April 9, 2013
For Positions Concerning the City of Elmhurst
The League offers this online Voters' Guide as a resource of information on candidates' qualifications and attitudes on key issues. The League formulated questions for candidates for Elmhurst Mayor, City Council, Park Board, and District 205 School Board. Each candidate was asked to prepare written responses to the appropriate group of questions and send them to our Voters Service Chair by February 17 for publication in the Voters Guide by February 24.

Please note that Patty Spencer, the incumbent for City Clerk, is running unopposed. At the League's invitation, she made a two-minute statement at our Candidate Forum. Incumbent Aldermen in wards 2, 3, and 6, who are running unopposed, were also invited to make a statements at the Forum. They, however, did not timely reply to our invitation and, thus, did not participate in the Forum, and were not invited to be in the Voters' Guide.

The League of Women Voters is a non-partisan political organization.
We neither support nor oppose any candidate or party.
