As part of its efforts to reopen public pools, Leisure and Cultural Services Department is permitting only limited swimmers in each facility, easing social distancing rules at each site but closing 38 pools until Monday for further cleaning and disinfection; lifeguard unions have warned that reopening will cause class cancellations as well as other issues.
